i have seen that the site has become very popular, as more people are informed of the mountain walrus, i can expect even more people will come to this website. we have gotten a lot more supporters. i am glad that the awareness is growing.

i have just heard that a lost journal fom lewis and clark's expedition has been found, and it contains a report of a mountain walrus sighting. here is an excert from the journal. "when we were at our camp we heard a disturbance from outside camp. it started as a large clacking sound and then it got closer and we saw that it was a large tusked beast, which looked completely out of place." most montwalrusologists agree that it is a description of a mountain walrus.
